Watch the Christmas Classic with Casey and Matt

It’s Christmastime, so naturally, we’re watching the a box office flop that you’ve only heard of because the studio forgot to renew the copyright, and TV stations started playing every Christmas for decades! Yes, Casey and Matt screened It’s a Wonderful Life.

Once again, we got booted off YouTube for live-streaming a public domain movie.1 I think we’ll stop trying to do the “live” part, and just record the conversation for later uploading.

If you’ve never seen Wonderful Life, if you only know it by reputation and pop culture osmosis, you really should give it a fair chance. The film is both way darker, and much more uplifting than parodies and homages give it credit for. For the convenience of paid subscribers, I’ve embedded the movie after the paywall.
